Groundwork is about the work that has to happen before legal technology pays off.

Three threads run through it. The first is the knowledge tidy-up: where a firm's knowledge lives, whether anyone has said it's any good, and how it's labelled. The second is using AI with your eyes open, on the tasks where it helps and with a clear view of what it costs the people using it. The third is adoption, because a tool nobody opens achieves nothing.
